Leasing Manager—Tauranga
Rachel has extensive experience in all facets of the property industry ranging from CBD high rise management through to tenancy advocacy but has specialized in recent years in retail leasing and investment and land sales both independently and in liaison with external agents. Rachel is well known within the property industry in both Tauranga and Auckland having worked for various well known corporate entities. Rachel brings a strong commercial focus to the company.
Centre Manager—Westgate / Milford / Highbury
Laraine has had a wide range of experience in Shopping Centre Management and Tourism. Having worked in one of Auckland’s top tourist destinations for 10 years, marketing and leasing retail space and managing the Centre’s 80 retail shops. Laraine has worked for NZRPG for the past three years as Centre Manager for NZRPG’s various retail Centres.
Centre Manager—Fraser Cove
Marie has managed the Fraser Cove Shopping Centre from the time of it’s conception.
Marie has a sound knowledge of the local demographic and previously managed the Bayfair Shopping Centre in Tauranga.

Development Manager
Jason brings 16 years experience from the construction industry to NZRPG. His career commenced in Australia as a qualified Architectural drafts person before making the transition as a site manager; working for a Civil and Construction company. Starting as a project manager with NZRPG in 2004 he has since successfully delivered a variety of retail projects for the company. He has recently completed the Countdown development at Fraser Cove Shopping Centre and as a development manager is currently involved with the ongoing Tauriko development.
Project/Property Manager
Tom’s career started in the building industry ten years ago. He has had a wide range of project management experience both here and the UK over the past seven years. During his time at NZRPG he has been, and is, involved with several of NZRPG’s development projects, including the Milford Shopping Centre refurbishment.
